Support the HR Manager in overseeing the company’s human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role is key to ensuring HR policies are effectively implemented in line with the company's standards and RBA compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing HR strategies and initiatives.
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Support employee engagement, training, and development programs.
- Handle employee relations and resolve HR-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and RBA standards.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience; experience in manpower supply or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
