About the role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic HR team at Ezypay. In this role, you will take on a leadership position, contributing to the development of our people strategies and ensuring the effective implementation of HR processes that support our organizational goals.
As a Senior HR Executive , you will:
- Manage and execute the full employee lifecycle, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and learning & development.
- Implement and promote HR policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, providing support and guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to the creation of a positive workplace culture.
- Support managers with performance reviews, talent development, and succession planning discussions.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes and systems to ensure best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify HR needs and provide effective solutions.
- Assist in managing HR projects including training programs, employee engagement surveys, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Prepare HR metrics and reports for leadership to track performance against targets
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of APAC employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR technology platforms.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
