HR & Admin Executive (Junior)
SPM/STPM fresh graduate are welcome
Job Scope:
- Processing all Monthly Payroll & HR Admin related reports
- Handling and follow-up on client’s general inquiries pertaining to HR Admin & payroll matters.
- Liaise with respective personnel including officers from Statutory Bodies where necessary.
- This job requires intensive use of Computer, Email, SQL System and Microsoft Office.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Employee Relations:
- Addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
- Assisting with disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
HR Administration:
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Managing payroll processing and ensuring accurate and timely submission of statutory reports.
- Coordinating training and development programs.
- Administering employee benefits and leave.
Compliance:
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Keeping abreast of changes in HR policies and procedures.
General Administration:
- Providing administrative support to HR managers and other staff.
- Managing office supplies and equipment.
- Organizing meetings and events.
Requirement:
- Responsible, Patient, Meticulous, and very organized to meet strict deadlines.
- Willing to learn
- Able to use SQL Payroll system.
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday: 9am to 1pm
Salary from RM2,500 - RM2,800 based on experience and performance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
