Job Description
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions and others.
- Process invoices and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or issues.
- Assist with audits and internal control procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments and other duties assigned by HOD/PIC.
Job Requirement
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience working as an Assistant Accountant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Autocount).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
