Position: Beauty Advisor Supervisor (Skincare Products)
Salary: Up to RM4,000/month

Location: Within Kuala Lumpur
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., SCM & Retail) to execute event plans.
- Collaborate with agencies for event management, part-timer recruitment, and placement to maximize ROI.
- Work closely with trainers to ensure effective training for event success.
- Supervise and manage on-ground events and activities.
- Prepare and deliver pre- and post-event updates and reports.
- Participate in and oversee sales activities such as roadshows, concourse events, and in-store promotions.
- Must have own transport and be willing to travel within Klang Valley for events and roadshows.
- Strong communication skills—clear, polite, and persuasive in interactions.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Fundamental understanding of skincare products.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
