Why This Role Matters
In e-commerce, speed and accuracy decide who wins.
At Costcost, our Master Price List is the heartbeat of our business — the single source of truth for all product information: costs, stock status, selling prices across channels, and product assets like images and descriptions.
This role is about owning that system, keeping it sharp, and ensuring both our clients and suppliers stay perfectly aligned. In other words: you’ll be the bridge between product, price, and people.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain & update the Master Price List: Ensure product details (pricing, stock, images, descriptions) are always accurate.
- Add new products into the system with complete and consistent information.
- Work with clients to ensure products are listed on their channels quickly (faster listing = faster sales).
- Coordinate with suppliers to collect updated price lists, promotions, and new product launches.
- Research market trends to help keep our pricing competitive and conversion-friendly.
- Be the go-to person for accurate and reliable product information.
Who You Are
- You are detail-oriented and take pride in keeping information accurate and well-organised.
- You can follow through tasks independently, making sure nothing is left incomplete.
- You communicate clearly and confidently, whether it’s with clients, suppliers, or colleagues.
- You are proactive — when something needs to be done, you take the initiative instead of waiting for reminders.
- You enjoy working with Excel / Google Sheets — whether it’s managing data, using formulas, or creating simple reports, you see it as a tool to make work more efficient.
- You are eager to learn the full picture of e-commerce and grow your skills through hands-on experience.
