Position: Asia Quotation Coordinator – Chinese Speaking

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and responsive Quotation Coordinator to support our sales teams in China and Southeast Asia. In this role, you’ll create customized travel quotations and work closely with internal teams to meet client needs efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather travel service details such as hotels, meals, guides, and more based on requests from the sales team.
- Prepare accurate and cost-effective tour quotations tailored for the Chinese and Southeast Asian markets.
- Communicate closely with regional sales teams to understand client requirements.
- Handle inquiries related to travel arrangements and policies promptly.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the sales team, ensuring smooth and professional coordination.
- Support any additional tasks or projects assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in travel or hospitality is preferred.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate availability or short notice is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,867.52 per month
