Application Support (L2)

Responsibilities:

• L2 support

• Diagnosing issue

• Analyzing issue

• Performing in-depth troubleshooting

• Coordinating with business users and development teams and vendors

• Ensure timely resolution of production system problems

• Incident Management

• Escalation management

• Documentation

• programming language – SQL Queries, Oracle/MySQL/SQL Server Database (for support, no coding)

• App deployment

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• SQL: 5 years (Required)
• PLSQL: 3 years (Required)
• SQL Queries: 3 years (Required)
