Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues.
- Responsibilities also include root cause analysis, management communication and client relationship management in partnership.
- Tickets management.
Requirements
- Min 1 year of Application Support role.
- Able to work on shift work.
- Experience with troubleshooting API integration in C#.
- Experience in using SQL queries preferred.
- Mandarin speaking required due to work nature.
- Must be able to work 24/7 shift work on rotation basis
- Permanent vacancy based in Puchong.
