- L2 support
- Diagnosing issue
- Analyzing issue
- Performing in-depth troubleshooting
- Coordinating with business users and development teams and vendors
- Ensure timely resolution of production system problems
- Incident Management
- Escalation management
- Documentation
- programming language – SQL Queries, Oracle/MySQL/SQL Server Database (for support, no coding)
- App deployment
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
