Job Description
We’re seeking a dedicated Technical SUpport to monitor and maintain our live e-wallet systems, manage escalations, and support technical issues in real time. This is a hands-on role requiring shift-based work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:
- 3 rotating shifts (10 hours/day), rotated every 20 days
Shift Pattern:
- 4 working days, 2 days off
- 4 working days, 3 days off
Shift Times:
- 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Work From Office)
- 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Work From Home)
- 2:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Work From Home)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle technical escalation tickets from users and merchants
- Monitor and support production e-wallet systems
- Assist Developers and Solution Architects in troubleshooting and production queries
- Perform log and database analysis for issue investigation and reporting
- Support merchant integration and production environment activities
- Collaborate with SRE, Development, and Architecture teams to meet SLAs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related technical support or operations role
- Familiarity with logs, DB queries, and monitoring tools
- Experience in 24/7 technical on-call environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to work midnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Knowledge in mobile or Java development is an advantage
- English proficiency required; Mandarin is a plus
