Job Description
•Campaign management: Manage daily and mega sale marketing activities, able to the communicate and manage from internal and external parties to ensure smooth launch.
•Drive organic customer acquisition and growth through effective growth strategies and tactical plans.
•Customer Insights: Familiar with the needs of Malaysian users (where to go, what to see, where to eat, what to buy, common issues).
•User experience: Discover opportunities through user insights, and work closely with team to improve consumer experience through product solutions;
•Analyze and interpret data to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
•Budget: Owns annual marketing and operation budget. Complies with company budget approval request processes and execution.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives and product launches.
Position Requirement
1.More than 3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketing, with a bonus for those who have experience in the field of media agency, fintech, business development, and digital marketing;
2.Sensitive to the trends of Malaysian users, able to innovate based on consumer insights, and put consumer service and experience first.
3.High business acumen, with strong data analytics and project management skills. Can help the business growth through marketing planning
4.Possess case-proven experience in effective consumer marketing activities, the ability to independently plan a series of activities, data analysis ability, and the ability to draw consumer insight from massive data.
5.Passionate and creative—innovate from customer insights; ability to show continuous breakthrough in marketing strategy and tools and customer growth
6.Able to effectively communicate and collaborate with various teams and work in fast-paced working environments;
7.Fluency in Mandarin is a bonus.
