Tasks At A Glance:
- Ensuring that the teams are following the SOP and ISO procedures while on duty
- Daily reporting and reconciliation of sales transactions
- Managing amenities and linen storage & inventory
- Issue purchase requisition forms
- Conducting briefing
- Handling complains from email and phone calls
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in a supervisory or leadership position
- Able to work on shifts (including overnight shifts)
- Proficient in English, BM or any other languages
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Experience:
- Hotel Receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 5 years (Preferred)
- Front Office Supervisor: 2 years (Preferred)
