Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to hotel guests by taking orders, serving meals and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas, including buffet counters, tables, and service stations, in line with hotel standards.
- Accurately process guest payments using the POS system and assist with daily opening, closing, and shift handover duties.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and grooming standards while working closely with the kitchen and front office teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:
- Relevant certification in a related field.
- Relevant experience in similar role.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Gelang Patah.
