- Manage day to day booking and planning to ensure shipment meet client requirement SLA and profitability.
- Track and monitor shipment uplifting status.
- Update freight milestone.
- Monthly pre-block bookings
- Utilized carrier space allotment
- Actively engage with airlines for rate negotiation and capacity support.
- Focusing on major business volume – Plan consolidation and optimizing BUP to achieve better freight cost.
- Verifying IATA & GSA invoices.
- Reaching to airlines for problem solving (damages/missing/pilferage and etc)
- To support for all stations JHB/IPH/KUL/LBU planner and procurement task.
- Attend to procurement tool form / email request by BD.
- Perform any other duties as when assigned by immediate superior.
