Key Responsibilities
An airfreight coordinator is primarily responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of air freight shipments, from booking to delivery, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. They act as a point of contact for customers and stakeholders, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Diploma or Bachelor’ degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the Air freight industries.
- Good knowledge and familiar with local and international governmental, customs, airlines and hazardous cargo regulations.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives minimum supervision.
