Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and troubleshoot various types of air-conditioning systems (split unit, cassette, VRV/VRF, AHU, FCU, etc.)
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and general servicing work
- Support ducting, piping, and insulation works where required
- Conduct site inspections and ensure jobs are completed based on scope and quality standards
- Handle tools, refrigerant gas, and safety procedures in accordance with industry best practices
- Accurately complete service job sheets, work reports, and follow-up documentation
- Liaise with supervisors and team leaders for job coordination
- Adhere to all safety, regulatory, and environmental standards on site
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Physically fit, hands-on, and enjoys technical work in field environments
- Able to work under pressure and in various weather or building conditions
- Good team player, honest, and accountable
- Eager to learn and grow in the HVAC industry
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma/Certificate in Air-conditioning & Refrigeration / M&E / TVET / SKM Level 2 or 3
- At least 1 year of experience in HVACR work (Fresh graduates with strong practical knowledge are also encouraged to apply)
- Able to travel to job sites across Klang Valley or outstation (project-based)
- Must possess a valid driving license (GDL is an added advantage)
- Basic tools and safety knowledge in HVAC practices required
