Kidocode is a leading technology and entrepreneurship school serving 30,000+ students aged 5-18 across Malaysia and Singapore. We teach coding, robotics, AI, and business skills through innovative programs at our 5 branches.
About the Role
We’re looking for a smart, trainable, digitally fluent individual to help build Kidocode’s online presence and brand. This is not a routine marketing role. You’ll be working directly with the founder, a computer scientist and AI researcher, to create content pipelines powered by AI, experiment with new digital tools, and shape how our brand shows up across platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Create and manage digital content across blogs, social media, and other platforms
- Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, MidJourney, automation scripts) to speed up content creation and analysis
- Play with Canva, Figma, video editing tools, and Notion to design and organize content
- Support content marketing, social media campaigns, and digital storytelling that balances thought-leadership with engaging, shareable formats
- Assist in building a scalable online pipeline for brand growth, using automation and data-driven insights
- Collaborate closely with the founder to experiment with new strategies and ideas
What We’re Looking For
- Digitally fluent, comfortable jumping between tools and figuring things out quickly
- Some experience with design or content tools like Canva, Figma, Notion, or basic video editing (not expert-level, just comfortable)
- Strong analytical mindset: you should enjoy working with data, spreadsheets, and even trying things like pivot tables and charts
- Curiosity about AI, automation, and how tech can transform marketing
- Hungry to learn, adaptable, and proactive
- Age range: mid-20s to early-30s, full-time, based in Malaysia (on-site)
