Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Consultation & Assessment
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand patients’ aesthetic goals and medical history.
- Provide professional advice and set realistic expectations.
2. Performing Aesthetic Procedures
- Safely perform a wide range of aesthetic procedures (minimum 10 types), including but not limited to:
- Botox and Filler injections
- Laser treatments (e.g., pigment, hair removal, resurfacing)
- Skin boosters / Profhilo / PRP
- Chemical peels
- Thread lifting
- Body contouring (e.g., HIFU, RF)
- Microneedling / Dermapen
- Acne & scar treatments
- IV drips / Skin lightening
- Anti-aging treatments (mesotherapy, etc.)
3. Treatment Planning & Follow-up
- Design personalized treatment plans.
- Monitor progress, conduct follow-up reviews, and provide aftercare instructions.
4. Compliance & Clinical Standards
- Ensure all treatments are compliant with MOH guidelines and LCP regulations.
- Maintain accurate medical records and consent forms.
- Uphold patient safety, hygiene, and confidentiality at all times.
5. Team Collaboration & Training
- Work closely with therapists and staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Train and supervise junior team members or therapists (if required).
6. Client Relationship & Service Excellence
- Build rapport and trust with patients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Handle patient feedback professionally.
Requirements:
- LCP Certified
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in aesthetic practice
- Proficient in at least 10 aesthetic procedures
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills
- Passion for aesthetic medicine and ongoing learning
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus)
