Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Both male and female candidates are welcome.
- Diploma or degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience in the wellness and healthcare industry will be an advantage.
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Location: Cheras Maluri, Kuala Lumpur OR Bandar Puteri, Puchong
Responsibilities:
- Assisting doctor in the delivery of a wide range of aesthetic treatments, such as dermal fillers, Botox injections, laser treatments, and other aesthetic procedures
- Perform professional consultation on related aesthetic concerns, recommending personalized aesthetic treatments to achieve patient’s goal
- Preparing treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies to ensure a safe and efficient workflow
- Providing exceptional patient care, including greeting patients, guiding them through treatment processes, follow up and answering any questions or concerns they may have
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant medical and legal regulations
- Supporting the team in managing inventory, ordering medical supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine
- Performs other related duties as required.
