Job Responsibilities:
- Check all financial documents for accuracy.
- Perform reconciliation of accounts and checking all data is accurate.
- Prepare and ensure timely payments to outlets and/or suppliers (including PO, DN/CN, etc.).
- Execute administrative tasks (e.g. voucher printing, filing, and arranging courier services for document collection and delivery).
- Generating invoices, account statements and detailed financial reports.
- Managing petty cash transactions and recording expenditures.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/LCCI or STPM/ SPM leavers with strong interest or working experience in accounting are encouraged to apply.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel applications.
- Self-starter and able to work independently.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
