Position: Administrative cum Receptionist
Location: One Xfitness, TSLAW Tower
Employment Type: Full-time - 12pm to 9pm
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, well-organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administrative cum Receptionist. This role combines front desk reception duties with administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations at the gym.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage member check-ins, new registrations, renewals, and class bookings.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle walk-in inquiries.
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and presentability.
- Process membership payments and issue receipts.
- Maintain accurate records and update member databases.
- Assist in preparing reports, filing documents, and handling basic office correspondence.
- Support marketing activities such as promoting gym packages, events, and offers.
- Liaise with trainers and management to coordinate schedules and activities.
- Perform other administrative or operational duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in administration, business, or related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative work preferred.
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on weekends or shifts when necessary.
- Must converse in english, mandarin and malay.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM3,098.55 per month
