- Provide administrative support to various departments and executives as needed.
- Predominantly office-based position
- Assist in sales of medications under the supervision of nurses
- Handle day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Preparation of invoices and reconciliation of payments for dialysis services provided.
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate individuals.
- Monitor and maintain office security and health and safety standards.
- Support the HR department in recruitment and employee records management.
- Manage and oversee office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
