- Prepare proposal (local & oversea) and all relevant documents & follow up machine delivery schedule for customer.
- Request sales forecast (local & oversea) from sales team.
- Prepare monthly claims for all staffs.
- Prepare relevant documents for all sales person when visit customer abroad.
- Be respond & prepare for any urgent requirements case
Qualifications
- SPM/STPM or related field (or equivalent experience)
Skills & Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in tasks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
