Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth centre operations.
- Act as the front desk receptionist, welcoming and assisting students and visitors.
- Coordinate student inquiries, registration, and class scheduling.
- Manage student records and follow up on learning progress.
- Assist with course sales by providing consultation and information to prospective students/parents.
- Support the teaching team and management with ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented.
- Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Prior experience in administration, reception, or sales is an advantage.
