Responsibilities:
1. Receive incoming calls.
2. Compile the Service Request Form and Repair note once received.
3. Update information to the customer database.
4. Contact the customer and arrange for a suitable time for the technician's home visit.
5. Any ad-hoc task from superior.
Qualification:
1. Minimum Diploma in business studies, or equivalent in related fields.
2. Good command both written and oral in English & Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin is an added advantage.
3. Willing to learn and attention to details.

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM600.00 - RM900.00 per month
