Job Description
POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
To perform operation & maintenance task to :-
- Ensure maintenance service availability according to Service Level Agreement.
- Ensure respond time according to service level Agreement.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
- To deal directly with customer either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
- To respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- To handle and resolve customer complaints.
- To obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquires.
- To record details of actions taken in smart system.
- Manage administration in her shift.
- Communicate and coordinate with Technical Officer/Internal Department.
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior or management representative.

- Language proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English

- Able to work under minimum supervision

Skills
- Passed good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service oriented with pleasant personality.
- Good in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Self-starter with minimal supervision
- Good communication skill
- Computer literate is added advantage
Education
- MCE / SPM with requirement of :-
- Bahasa Malaysia – Credit
- Bahasa English – Pass
- Mathematic - Pass
Relevant Industries
EXTERNAL
SPM with Credit in Bahasa Malaysia and Pass in English and Mathematics with at least some 1 year experience in Administrative tasks.
