Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support daily administrative operations in our used car dealership. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth documentation, loan application coordination, and customer service support.

  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in customers
  • Prepare and organize vehicle documents (e.g., insurance, road tax, ownership transfer)
  • Assist in loan application paperwork and coordination with banks
  • Manage filing system and ensure accurate records
  • Update customer database and appointment schedules
  • Provide support to sales and management team as needed
  • Perform basic office tasks (printing, scanning, email)

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Responsible, organized and able to multitask
  • Prior experience in automotive or loan/finance field is a plus
