We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support daily administrative operations in our used car dealership. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth documentation, loan application coordination, and customer service support.

- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in customers
- Prepare and organize vehicle documents (e.g., insurance, road tax, ownership transfer)
- Assist in loan application paperwork and coordination with banks
- Manage filing system and ensure accurate records
- Update customer database and appointment schedules
- Provide support to sales and management team as needed
- Perform basic office tasks (printing, scanning, email)
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Responsible, organized and able to multitask
- Prior experience in automotive or loan/finance field is a plus
