- Handle daily administrative tasks and documentation
- Prepare and organize company records, forms, and correspondence
- Manage phone calls, emails, and incoming inquiries
- Support office operations and coordination between departments
- Maintain proper filing systems and ensure data accuracy
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Job Requirements
- Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Business Admin, Office Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in administrative support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary for interactions with mandarin speaking principle.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be able to work in Gelang Patah.
