Job Description:

Comment Engagement:

Craft and post pre-approved, engaging, and relevant comments under influencer content to spark conversations and enhance visibility.
Align comments with the brand’s tone of voice and campaign objectives.
Incorporate local humor or cultural references to highlight product selling points.
Trend Identification and Insights:
Assist the marketing team in identifying popular TikTok trends, viral content, and audience behaviors.
Provide actionable insights by combining trending topics with product features to optimize content strategies.
Develop unique points of view (POVs) for each product based on local trends to resonate with the target audience.
Content Collaboration:
Work with the marketing team to co-create engaging and viral content ideas.
Support campaign goals by contributing to strategies that meet exposure KPIs assigned by the manager.
Monitoring and Analysis:
Track and analyze engagement performance metrics for comments and campaigns.
Adjust commenting strategies to improve results and flag potential issues for resolution

Qualification

Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok.
Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
Experience in influencer marketing or social media management is a plus.
Creative mindset with the ability to mimic different audience perspectives convincingly.
