Job Summary – Admin & Human Resources Executive
- Handle day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and staff movements
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR-related documentation
- Assist in payroll preparation, attendance, and leave management
- Support training, performance management, and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
- Manage administrative duties such as office supplies, correspondence, and filing systems
- Coordinate staff welfare programs, benefits, and disciplinary matters
- Liaise with government bodies and external parties on HR/administration matters
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and staff activities
- Provide support to management in HR planning and reporting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
