Human Resources Support
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
- Assist in preparing HR-related letters, contracts, and reports.
- Support HR initiatives such as training, employee engagement activities, and performance reviews.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Assist in preparing monthly payroll inputs and ensuring accuracy of attendance and leave records.
- Handle staff claims, allowances, medical benefits, and insurance matters.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Administration & Office Support
- Manage day-to-day office administration, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and documentation.
- Support company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management when required.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure HR and administrative policies are adhered to in line with company standards.
- Assist in preparing reports for management and government submissions when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of working experience in HR or admin support (fresh graduates with internship experience will also be considered).
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian labor law, HR practices, and statutory requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
