Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and parcels.
- Manage monthly grocery purchases and office inventory.
- Oversee office operations including utilities, cleaning services, and rental payments.
- Monitor and maintain the Facebook Business Account to ensure smooth operations.
- Support in resolving Facebook payment issues and arrange account top-ups.
- Track, record, and organise monthly Facebook account spending and invoices.
- Ensure accuracy of monthly transactions and assist in financial closing with the accounts team.
- Manage office supplies, travel arrangements, and staff itineraries.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support or similar role.
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
