Job Vacancy: Admin Executive
Location: Bayu Perdana, Klang
Working Hours: Monday – Friday
Time : 9:00am – 6:00pm

Requirements
- Training will be provided
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to travel occasionally to support the project handle and team
- Based in Klang area
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision
- Good time management and able to work under fast-paced situation
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in both admin and operations tasks
- Able to work independently with responsibility
- Handle daily documents, phone calls, emails, and data entry
- Assist in coordinating client or project requirements
- Support with internal departments to ensure smooth task execution
- Maintain proper filing and reporting of project-related records
- Be a team player, communicate well, and adapt to multi-tasking work culture
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,500 (based on experience)
- Commission Pay (based on task success)
- Overtime Pay (if required)
- Yearly Bonus (based on company performance)
