What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in English and Chinese as a working language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and directing them to the appropriate parties
- Maintaining and organizing office records, files, and databases
- Assisting with procurement, inventory management, and office supply replenishment
- Supporting the planning and execution of office events and activities
- Providing general administrative support

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
