Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats
- Assist customers with product or service inquiries
- Provide excellent service and resolve issues professionally
- Work in shifts (rotational, if required)
Requirements
- Malaysian citizen
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome – training provided
