- Monitor, manage and reply the company’s general email inbox.
- Process purchase orders
- Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, quotations
- Send quotation to customers
- Maintain accurate records of stock
- Data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning
- Meeting preparationg & minute-taking
Requirements:
- Basic computing skills
- Know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- Fluent in English & Malay (spoken & writing)
