Principal Responsibilities;
- Responsible for all purchases of materials, direct & indirect material and plastic resin and packaging.
- To source and involve in getting quotation, cost comparison and responsible for handling the negotiation process to achieve best price and quality purchases with the identified potential suppliers.
- Responsible to maintain proper records of purchases, quotation / sources & suppliers’ information.
- Liaises with warehouse, production and planning personnel regarding material requirement and work closely with suppliers to ensure on time delivery of supplies.
- Able to monitor, keep track on supplier’s service and delivery performance.
- Encourage and motivate suppliers to innovate and perform in line with company expectations.
- To check material shortages list for production by weekly / monthly basis.
- To monitor and establish the forecast of purchase amount for the next 6 or 12 months (forecast vs. actual).
- To perform any others duties as assigned by Superior.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Purchasing in Manufacturing Procurement: 3 years (Required)
