Job Description:
- Assist in identifying and evaluating suppliers based on set criteria such as price, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Support the preparation and processing of purchase orders and supplier agreements under the guidance of the purchasing team.
- Monitor stock levels and notify the purchasing team of low inventory to ensure timely replenishment.
- Help conduct stock takes and assist in reconciling inventory records to maintain accuracy.
- Gather price quotes and assist in comparing supplier offers to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and follow-up on any issues or delays.
- Ensure that all procurement records and documents are properly maintained and filed for audit and reference purposes.
- Stay informed about common product specifications and market pricing to support informed purchasing activities.
- Assist in tracking purchasing budgets and reporting basic spending updates to the supervisor.
- Generate basic reports on purchasing activities and supplier performance for internal use.
REQUIREMENTS:
. Possess SPM/STPM/DIPLOMA/DEGREE or equivalent.
. Experience with office management systems and procedures.
. Strong work ethics and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
