Job Descriptions:
- Place order, issue material out and ensure accurate documentation transaction and regular stock audits.
- Follow up and tracking activities progress against timelines and objectives, making adjustments as necessary, and providing regular reports to superior.
- Organize and maintain updated records/data for all require documents.
- Perform and assist general administrative work assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in Administration or any equivalent.
- Prior experience in administrative/clerical work preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa, English or Mandarin (advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Detail-oriented and organized.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
