- Maintain filing systems, databases, and records (digital and physical).
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
- Support HR functions such as staff attendance tracking and leave records.
- Assist with PO issuance, invoicing, and other data entry tasks.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required by management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
