Job Description :
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing,copying and support sales
- Priority to who can manage and liase with PBT (such as apply Lesen Perniagaan and etc) and familiar using PAMS System
- Perform as operation support to technical team
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers Maintain office supplies for department
- The minimum education required: SPM or Diploma holder in a related field
- Communication and presentation skills
- Must have a motor or car driving license
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
- Any ad hoc given by superior
- Office Location : New Office In Johor Port
- Can work immediately
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
