Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Admin Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to take on a variety of tasks that help ensure smooth office functioning.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and organizing documents
- Support event coordination including logistics, materials, and follow-up
- Take meeting notes and manage meeting-related documents
- Handle general office duties and correspondence (phone, email, etc.)
- Perform small ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn and take initiative
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
