Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing, compiling, and submitting tender documents on time.
- Arrange and attend site visits as required by project or tender requirements.
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and related materials to/from clients, vendors, or government agencies.
- Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of all documents (both physical and digital).
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for meetings, site visits, and other events.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients for project-related matters.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and preparing correspondence.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling company documents.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in business administration or related field is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of working experience in administrative or related roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Able to travel for site visits and document delivery/collection as required.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
