Responsibilities:
- Assist and coordinate in all work including assembly, installation, support, maintenance, repairs, and delivery of related products or projects.
- Provide on-site support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues with any software or hardware system.
- When required, travel to Singapore for troubleshooting, installation, or maintenance support at customer sites.
- Be ready for on-call duty after working hours.
- Ensure all work orders are executed and completed on time.
- Keep abreast of technical advancements and attend workshops or training as required.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior or management.
Skills/Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in on-site installation, repair, soldering, or related technical field.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid passport and be willing to travel to Singapore when necessary.
- Possessing a valid Singapore work permit (e.g., Work Permit, S Pass) will be an added advantage.
