JOB REQUIREMENT
- Candidates Diploma / Certificate in Administration or equivalent or Fresh graduates welcomed.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience with proven track records
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills and Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management tools.
- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

TUAGSAN UTAMA - (MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES)
Store & Inventory
- Monitoring in maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of store and inventory activities.
Asset Management
- Scheduling and coordinating maintenance and repairs. This includes identifying and prioritizing maintenance needs, as well as coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure that repairs are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitoring asset performance and condition.
- Reporting on asset management activities. This includes preparing reports on asset performance, condition, and maintenance costs.
- Ensure compliance and ensure asset management activities are carried out in accordance with all applicable safety, environmental and financial regulations.
TUGASAN BERSAMA ( bukan tugas utama tetapi membantu ketua sahaja)
Government Authorities and Tenancy
- Monitoring staff in dealing and negotiating with government agencies to apply for new and renewal of licenses.
- To apply certification for a project to the approving agency, and also follow with related matters.
- Keep track of all tenancy-related records.
- Comply with all applicable tenancy laws and regulations.
Procurement and Purchasing
- Monitor and track procurement spend to ensure that the company is getting the best value for its money.
- To assist in market Intelligence gathering (products, vendors, pricing) by seeking out specific information related to product, vendors & pricing.
- To source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers. Working towards achieving the department cost saving goal.
- Accountable for the timely execution of all tender exercises and execution of contracts inclusive of reviewing contracts.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
