Job Description
· To handle in office general administrative.
· Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, and data entry
· Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents
· Ensure the documents are managed in strict confidentiality
· Verify data by comparing it to source documents
· Write letter
· File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage
· Required to carry out other duties and job functions as may be assigned when the need arises (Ad-hoc tasks)
Requirement
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors of Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/Account
· Initiative and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia and possess written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills.
· Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.
· Can start immediately will be added advantage.
Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
