Location Oval Damansara (MRT TTDI station)
Working Hours Monday to Friday; 9:00am – 6:00pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for company administrative tasks, provide full secretarial support & assistance to the
- Executive Department
- Responsible to handle all day-to-day accounting transactions and operations, and other accounting
- functions
- Responsible / Assist in the preparation of full set account, e - invoice processes.
- Prepare monthly Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet report
- Perform Bank Reconciliation
- Perform preparation audit and tax process
- To liase with Auditor, Tax agents, Company Secretary and Bankers on accounting matters
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, in Accounting or related fields.
- 1 years and above related working experience is preferred
- Languages skills required: English, Malay, Mandarin
- with Mandarin speaking client/etc.)
- Familiar with MYOB accounting software
- Detail oriented, independent & initiative personal skills & behavior
- Able to work within a supportive and collaborative team environment
- Local Malaysian only
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
