Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Accounts Assistant to support daily administrative and accounting tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry and updating of accounting records
- Handle accounts receivable and payable duties
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Support month-end closing and financial reporting
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
- Assist with office administrative tasks (e.g., answering calls, document handling)
- Liaise with vendors and clients on payment matters
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Business, or related fields
- At least 1 year of experience in admin or accounting roles preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Team player with a positive attitude
