As we expand, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts cum Admin Assistant, based in Malaysia, to help ensure our day-to-day financial and administrative operations run smoothly. You will play a vital role in supporting our finance, HR, and operations teams by handling accounting tasks, assisting in payroll and employee record maintenance, and coordinating general administrative support.
What We Expect from You:
Accounting Responsibilities
· Assist in maintaining full sets of accounts
· Process income transactions, issue invoices, track collections, and manage deposits
· Perform data entry and maintain proper filing of accounting records and documents
· Support month-end closings and assist in the preparation of basic financial reports
HR & Administrative Support
· Assist in preparing payroll data, staff claims, and maintaining leave records
· Maintain and update employee files, HR documentation, and staff records
· Support general office administrative functions, including:
o Filing and documentation
o Stationery and supply coordination
o Liaising with vendors and service providers
· Carry out ad hoc duties and assignments as directed by management
Your Education and Personal Skills:
· LCCI / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· At least 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience
· Knowledge of full set of accounts is essential.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., Xero, SQL, QuickBooks).
· Good understanding of accounting principles and HR processes.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Good communication skills and command of English
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
